YÊU CẦU CHUNG

□ Good knowledge in Front End Programming (.NET and/or Java, JSP, PHP…)
□ Good knowledge in database design and management (SQL Server 2005, SQL05 BI Tools, Oracle…)
□ Knowledge of CMM and CMMi processes
□ Understands technical and functional design requirements
□ Knowledge of Design Tools (Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, CSS …)
□ Ready to work oversea when required
□ Do the development and maintenance in a development team
□ Works closely with the development team member on user interface focus
□ Assists in creating prototypes for client engagements
□ Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
□ Participate in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules

□ Good written and oral communication skills in English
